How does Creench work
In parts, creench is familiar to everyone: a recipe book, a list of products in the kitchen, a list of purchases, a diet food diary.
Combining all the parts, we automate the weekly routine:

With creench, everything can be thought out at a convenient time for you and put on autopilot!
1. Fill the creench kitchen with all the products you have at home in the fridge and on the shelves - all that is edible;)
2. Choose recipes from the book: Which can be cooked from what you already have! Or you can search for recipes with + 1, + 2, + 3 ingredients that you do not currently have. Or you can just see the entire database of recipes.
3. The purchasing list is integrated with your kitchen supplies and a recipe book: Missing ingredients can be added to the shopping list with one click. You can put the automatic addition of products in the list when they start to end in your kitchen. You can adjust the diet for the whole week with the automatic formation of a list of purchases.
4. All your cooking activity is recorded as a nutritional diet: Easy to track what you ate this week, etc. You can create your own diet and adjust it. You can use ready-made diets in one click by assigning automatic purchase of all products.
